• Overall height is determined by the leg style you pick. The footstool depth excluding legs is 20cm. Example: The overall height of the footstool with Dorset legs is 45cm

• We are able to make our footstools with any leg of your choice. Brass castors available on request. Please contact us with any questions.

• Select from one of our house favourites, find a fabric and we will source it for you or make your ottoman personal to you and send us your own fabric (please contact us before ordering to ensure your fabric is suitable).

• Select one of our leg styles or you can pick your own. If you would like a particular style or colour please let us know and we will source it for you.

• Your footstool will arrive with the legs detached to ensure safe arrival. There are simple screwed into the base.
• For worldwide shipping please contact us to arrange a quote.
• Your footstool will be handmade to order in approx. 6-8 weeks.
• Custom sizes & shapes may take longer.
• If supplying your own fabric the lead time starts once we have received your fabric.
• We are unable to offer returns or refunds on our made to measure items. Should there be a fault or issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.
