• Select from one of our house favourites, find a fabric and we will source it for you or make your pouffe personal to you and send us your own fabric (please contact us before ordering to ensure your fabric is suitable).

• Fabrics and colour may look different on your screen. We recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing your order.

• Our bespoke pouffes can be shipped anywhere in the UK.
• For worldwide shipping please contact us to arrange a quote.
• Your pouffe will be handmade to order in approx. 6-8 weeks.
• If supplying your own fabric the lead time starts once we have received your fabric.
• We are unable to offer returns or refunds on our made to measure items. Should there be a fault or issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.
